SHIGE

-When did you feel the "Work switch" work recently?
No matter what kind of job it is, I switch during the make-up. Today too for the shootings I'm completely ON! To me it's also important drinking a strong French roast coffee. If I don't drink a coffee everyday I feel like I didn't wake up. Last year watching "Otonari" I bought a coffee mill, I can't go back until then. The goodness of grinded coffee...Using a dripper for each cup, using a kettle with a smaller mouth so that the coffee will be better. I also have an elettric kettle but my friend burnt it on the stove so now I'm using a normal one. It's inevitable, coffee from grinded beans is the b...eh? What was the question?

-How do you become when the "Play switch" is on?
Being busy with the preparations. Preparations are important for work too but when you want to do something on your own you have to prepare everything from the beginning. For example to go to fish. You have to go out in the first morning so you need to prepare everything from the night before. You have to choose the tools and prepare them with the oil. When I go out on a trip I have to buy tickets and book the place to stay at least one week before, then I choose the places I want to visit, I research about the food and the restaurants. Well, I could also go to eat in random shops though. Also the meetings before a travel are funny. This January I went to Korea with friends, I was shocked by the taste of Yakitori on the plane This became another good memory.

-In which moments do you go in a "Complete OFF mode"?
Never. Also in my days-off I always have some plans to do one thing or another, I always move. I wake up late, I go to watch movies or to train in gym, I go to eat dinner with friends. Once back at home I watch DVDs, then I do chores and the washings. I put some kitchen bleach to wash dishes and teapots so that tea stains will...geez. I'm talking about how to remove tea stains. My idol's components amount to zero (bitter smile). That's how much OFF I can go...

-What kind of girl makes your switch to go ON?
I guess girls who seems deep. A girl who can talk about things I don't know suddenly and without doing sarcasm. Then, somebody with my same hobbies, with a way of thinking similar to mine, if she also smiles a lot I'd invite her to meet again without doubts. I'd also like to hang out with a girl who speaks her mind, who's confortable with boys* and a little imp though . But maybe in reality it would be a little troublesome, right? Yeah, I better stop.

[*Otoko nareshiteru onna -> A girl who can talk confortably with guys, who can look at their faces while speaking, not afraid of phisical contact with people. Somebody used to hang out with male friends]

-Something that you were really ON about lately?
Since last here I said around that I'd like to gather vynil records so I received a lot of western music's ones by my friends. Also as a study of English when I've got some time I like to listen to them reading the lyrics and searching the meaning of them. I started with The Beatles and I finally understood why their songs are so famous. I guess I'm late. It's like the lyrics that before I only knew by ears following the melody now got closer to my heart...that's how much I like it.

-Can you tell the difference between ON and OFF modes in the members?
With Koyama is very easy to understand. He says whatever is in his mind. He's the leak guy . Tegoshi who always says sparkly idol-style things when he's ON, in OFF mode he's very manly and serious. He doesn't want to lose and he's straight towards anything. I think that Tegoshi is the member with the most violent gap between the OFF and ON mode. On the contrary Yamashita-kun is always the same. The silent cool boy.
